Wakefield Golf Club welcomes golf societies and groups. Golf society deals are available for 12 players or more.
Tee times can be booked for parties of 12 or more and meals can be selected from our catering packages. Smaller parties can choose from the club’s daily menu.
27 or 36 holes Price: £45/£55 per person.
18 holes Price: £35 per person,9 Holes Price : £20 per person
If there are more than 20 full green fee paying members in your party (i.e. not members of Wakefield GC or their guests) we will provide you with a 4 ball voucher (midweek only) which you can use as a competition, raffle or auction prize.

Monday,Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: AM: 10.00am to 12.00 noon – PM: 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
Tuesday: PM (only) 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
Sunday: AM: 10.30 am to 12.00 noon – PM 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm.

Established in 1891 it is among the oldest private members clubs in Yorkshire. Visitors and members and their guests are assured of a friendly welcome at all times.
The course, designed by Sandy Herd and bunkered by Dr. Alister MacKenzie, is a challenging Par 72, SSS 73. Easy to walk, it comprises two loops of 9 holes both of which start and finish at the clubhouse. Good drainage and high standards of maintenance mean grass tees and regular greens are usually in play all year round, making it a great venue for golf in all seasons. It is ideal for and popular with visitors and societies; many of who make regular return visits.
