The Brabazon

As the only course on either side of the Atlantic to have hosted four Ryder Cups, the Brabazon at The Belfry has much to live up to. Perhaps only the Old Course at St Andrews can present such familiar sights to golfers – and non-golfers for that matter – as the iconic 10th and 18th holes at The Belfry. This is a course that all of us feel we have played without so much as setting foot on the property. And with images in our mind of Ballesteros’s derring-do and Monty at his inspiring best leading Europe to glory while striding the lush fairways and perfect greens, expectations are sometimes unrealistically high.

Recognised by the PGA as a world-class tournament course, and the only PGA course in England, this championship golf course presents a unique challenge with fast running fairways, undulating greens, severe run-offs and its 70 strategically placed cavernous bunkers. Hosting two European Tour golf events, the PGA National is fast becoming one of the top golf courses in the United Kingdom and is a must for golfers who enjoy the creativity required for links golf.

The Derby

The Derby is a parkland golf course with far-reaching views across the Warwickshire countryside, strategically placed bunkers, water hazards and well-designed risk and reward holes. It offers a gentle challenge and is perfect for players of all levels. Designed by Peter Alliss and Dave Thomas, the course demands accuracy right from the 1st tee, good club selection, and intelligent course management.

PGA National Golf Academy

As England’s only PGA National Golf Academy, The Belfry Driving Range is a centre of excellence for golf, offering outstanding teaching and golf coaching facilities. The driving range is fit with Toptracer technology, allowing you to see the flight path of your golf ball and provide you with valuable shot data to refine your swing.

PGA Professionals are on hand to provide both individual and group golf lessons, ladies tuition, as well as junior golf tuition. The Academy features 4 individual custom fitting suites with brand new technology from the leading brands TaylorMade, Titleist, Callaway and Ping. As well as a VIP suite, voted Best VIP Room at the Toptracer Awards which features Europe’s first Zen Swing Stage, allowing you to practice your game like never before on realistic slopes.
