Founded in 1892, Headingley Golf Club is the oldest golf club in Leeds, set on the edge of the pretty suburb of Adel just five miles from the city centre. The club dates back to 1892 and combines a sense of history with state-of-the-art custom fitting facilities and a well-stocked pro shop. The clubhouse offers views of the 18th green and ravine beyond. In a completely rural setting the course enjoys many wonderful views and boasts many memorable holes which make full use of the varied and dramatic terrain. Although the course is presented in a traditional style it has also been improved to meet modern standards and therefore will appeal to purists and modern golfers alike.
