One of Blakes’ many strong points is its accessibility. Located 2 miles from junction 7 of the M11 east bound on the A414, Blakes is only 10 minutes from Greater London and 15 minutes from Stansted Airport.

Blakes Golf Club is best described as an Inland Links. Located in Essex close to the M11 , Stansted Airport is under 30 mins away.
Blakes Golf Club has hosted Open Regional Qualifiers and has undertaken a renovation program recently as it is now under new management
It’s a testing 18 Hole course with 5 Par 3`s one of which is the signature Island Green 8th. The 8th is only short bur depending on the wind and the tee position can be anything from a wedge to a mid iron.
There are some stunning holes at Blakes Golf Club and the closing 4 holes are the toughest around. With two Par 5s and a long Par 4 SI 1 the round isn’t over until it’s over.
The greens run true and it’s a real inland links with fescue grass and rough typically found in Scotland.
